4-22nd June 2014

Devizes Festival will showcase an amazing variety of performers – speakers, classical, folk, rock, jazz artists, comedians, poets and dancers. Over the 32 years it’s been running the Festival has grown from a couple of days to two and a half weeks of cultural interest.

The festival happens in a number of different venues in and around the market town of Devizes.

The line up will include comedienne Jenny Eclair, reformed drugs baron Howard Marks, SAS author Andy McNab and Arabella Weir. There will be music from Four Girls, Four Harps; flamenco jazz from Eduardo Niella, Irish music from Ceilidh Nua; and French-Canadian roots music from Le Vent du Nord (The North Wind).

Former SAS soldier turned author Andy McNab is publishing a new book this year and audiences at the town hall will be able to hear him talk about his military and literary careers and be able to ask him questions. He will be at the Corn Exchange on Saturday, June 7.

The box office will open on the 22nd May 2014.

The Devizes Festival is a non-profit organization that brings music, entertainment, art and literature events to Devizes in June each year.
